QURAAN Memorization Charitable Trust (QMCT) is the Organization aims to teach the Muslims how to memorize the Noble Qur'an, and perfect its memorization, attaching special importance to Qur'an Sciences, inculcating the verses of the Noble Qur'an into the Muslim generations, making them comprehend their meanings and the wise denotations lurking behind them, in addition to the development of teaching techniques thereof in Tanzania and other parts of the world.

QURAAN Memorization Charitable Trust (QMCT) intends to organize the event of memorizing the Holy Quran for the young generation. The event will be conducted throughout Tanzania whereby the selected regions. The event will organized in form of competition whereby the participants from the selected regions/zones will be selected and the overall Award Event will be done in Dar es Salaam. The climax of the competition will take place on the final day of Month of Ramadan.

The occasion will bring in vibrant international personalities to contest in different categories including Memorization and Recitation that meet internationally accepted Standards. The aim is to promote & Conserve this valuable asset that came as a guide and blessing to all people, “THE QU'RAN"

The following are the rules that all participants must adhere to during the competition. Failure to comply with these rules may result in point deduction or disqualification.

1. Be prompt in attending the complete event. 2. All participants must arrive 30 minutes before the competition start time. 3. All participants must follow modest dress code throughout the competition. 4. Students must stay until the end of event in order to be counted present. 5. Always show utmost respect to the person(s) leading and taking part in the workshops, along with your fellow participants. 6. Be a mature and responsible individual. 7. Remember that you are representing the Quran Reciters. 8. Your behavior should reflect that image. 9. Participants may not leave the venue without the permission of Administration of QMCT. 10. Participants will get name badges and/or identification bands from QMCT administrator, they must be worn at all times. 11. No participant is allowed to leave during the event. All participants must arrive on time and leave only when the event is over. 12. If there is an important reason for a participant to leave early, he/she needs to let Administration of Quran Memorization Charitable Trust (QMCT) know not less than 2 days in advance and obtain permission to leave early. The organization reserves the right to allow/refuse a student from leaving early. 13. No participant is allowed to speak with the media without the permission from the QMCT Management. 14. Judges are the prime decision-makers. Their decision will be accepted as the final decision.
